Business Analyst – ServiceNow
Remote first with some travel to London
Permanent | Salary depending on level
We’re supporting a specialist ServiceNow consultancy who are scaling fast and working with some of the biggest names in the banking space. Right now, they’re looking to hire Business Analysts across all levels from practitioner through to principal as they build out their capabilities across GRC, IRM, and Resilience and ITSM
You’d be joining a collaborative, people-first culture with a clear vision for growth. They've just wrapped up a major go-live with a global bank, with more implementations already underway, and a steady flow of new work kicking off across shortly
What you’ll need to bring:
* Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow implementation projects
* Exposure to GRC, IRM or Resilience modules is a strong advantage
* Previous work in a consulting environment is desirable
* Experience engaging directly with stakeholders and client teams
* Comfortable working in a growing business where not everything is fully structured yet if you’re used to Big 4 levels of structure but want more ownership, this will suit you
They’ve got over 40 BAs, 60 Developers, and 30 Architects in the business today. Lots of the team come from places like KPMG, Deloitte, DXC and FlyForm but the culture here is far less corporate. It’s tight-knit, flexible, ambitious, and focused on delivery.
You’ll get:
* Remote-first working with some travel (London base, occasional client site)
* Pension, AXA private medical, death in service
* Supportive team with clear development plans as the business matures
* A chance to work on programmes that matter, from day one
We’re particularly keen to hear from women and neurodiverse candidates, especially those in underrepresented roles like architecture and leadership.
If you’re a ServiceNow BA who’s confident in front of clients and thrives in a fast-moving, growing consultancy, this could be the right move.
If this is something you could see yourself doing, please apply with an up to date CV and availability to speak this week!
