What you can expect:£25,00030 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)Free parkingCIPD study supportHybrid working pattern to be considered after successful probationary period37 hours per week: 8.30/9.00am – 5.00/5.30pm Mon – Thurs. 4.30pm finish on FridayThis is a 52 week working pattern – not a term-time only role As HR Compliance Administrator, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:Managing DBS pre-employment checksCoordinating pre-employment trainingShaping and designing the onboarding and induction processesManaging and co-ordinating responses to HR enquiries, such as reference requests, checking applications, vetting, and recruitment process questionsLearning and Development administration, including booking training and making plans for delegatesScreening candidates and shortlisting CVsReporting and data analysisUpdating, amending and sending employment contractsAttending careers events and visiting schools within the trust when required We’re looking for an HR Administrator with the following skills and experience:Extensive previous experience in an HR administration roleExcellent organisational and prioritisation skillsHigh degree of IT literacy; confident in the use of MS OfficeDemonstrates a collaborative, problem solving approach as part of a teamSkilfully communicates with colleagues in a helpful and approachable manner, both verbally and in writingCommitted to promoting equality and diversity throughout the organisationSound understanding of GDPR and the important of confidentialityPrevious experience within an educational setting with knowledge of safeguarding would be advantageous
