The Role As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will: Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons Provide small group and 1:1 support to pupils Assist students with additional needs, including SEND Help maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment Support behaviour management in line with school policies Adapt confidently to different schools within the trust Assignments can range from day-to-day cover to short-term and long-term placements, depending on your availability and preferences.
