Type: Permanent, part-time (22.5 or 30 hours/week)
* £19,656 per annum (30 hours/week)
* £14,742 per annum (22.5 hours/week)

Role Overview
This is a dynamic opportunity for an individual with a passion for social impact and strong administrative, communication, and organisational skills. The Fundraising & Communications Assistant will support the fundraising and communications team by ensuring smooth coordination across campaigns, databases, and supporter engagement activities. The role includes practical responsibilities and provides scope for development across digital, events, and donor stewardship.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the fundraising and communications team
* Act as the internal database lead, ensuring accurate supporter records and data handling
* Support donor engagement and stewardship activities
* Assist in the organisation of community events and supporter campaigns
* Contribute to social media activity and external communications
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external supporters
* Participate in cross-team projects and internal development sessions
Candidate Profile
