PURPOSE STATEMENT
The B2B Marketing Executive role focuses on supporting the execution of the B2B Marketing strategy and driving a return on marketing investment. The B2B Marketing strategy supports the Business Development team to develop and renew affiliate/partner relationships and grow membership and revenues across multiple brands.
To support the Brand Content strategy as an in house writer across multiple brands – Panorama, with a focus on B2B for EME.
Act as B2B brand guardian in terms of the application and embedding Panorama’s ToV and Metastory across content in all media platforms.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver the agreed Affiliate Marketing strategy for EME region with a focus on both RCI & 7Across brands.
* Create and maintain professional-standard pitch and product positioning resources, for BD to use for new and existing clients.
* Execute B2B marketing campaigns through Sales Force Marketing Cloud.
* Support the B2B Digital Marketing strategy by providing relevant and timely LinkedIn content to build brand awareness.
* Deliver Pan-European lead generation (B2B2C) campaigns to encourage affiliates to deliver new timeshare owners who will become members, also via other consumer and business channels.
* Develop partnerships with BD and represent Brand and Content Marketing in affiliate marketing meetings, present new marketing initiatives, brainstorm new ideas, seek feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
* Provide event communications and support for industry events such as ARDA & RDO.
* Manage all point-of-sale materials on the sales deck, with the objective of ensuring that the brand is prominent and any POS is on-brand and visible.
* Maintain and provide online content for B2B website, including membership contracts, ensuring it is refreshed and houses up to date information and relevant PR. Monitor and increase site usage.
* Manage content creation by allocating commissions, write, edit, proof, and sign off. Content to be published across multi-channels.
* Research and interview in preparation for drafting articles and commissioning them.
* Support with the administration of the Affiliate Marketing Budget, including raising PO’s and coding invoices
* Manage stock for B2B materials including assessment of reorders and exhaustion
* Liaise with wider Marketing team and other associates to ensure alignment of messaging with campaigns and business goals for B2C.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Career History/Experience – A Minimum of:
* Proven editorial skills
* Digital Marketing Experience
* Two years’ experience in a similar writing/editing/proofing role across both print and online media
* Strong interviewing skills
* Proven time management/multi-tasking ability in a pressured work environment
* Experience of people management
* Demonstrate professionalism and confidence in all aspects of role – editorial and relationship building
Career History/Experience – Desirable in:
* Multi-media output
* Experience and understanding of creating SEO-optimised copy to maximise the reach of online media
* Pan-European communications
* The travel industry
Knowledge/Skills – A Minimum of:
* Proven, strong writing and editorial skills
* Delivery of quality, ‘right-first-time’ product in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple task priorities
* Attention to detail/Excellent proof reading skills
* Commercial awareness
* Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written
* Demonstrate professionalism and integrity and examples of building trust in previous roles
* A team player – able to foster strong relationships across a diverse group of professionals
Knowledge/Skills- Desirable:

* Marketing experience
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum:
* A Level or equivalent
Desirable:
* Degree/graduate level education
* NCTJ (National Council for the Training of Journalists) Diploma
* Formal industry-recognised professional qualification (CIM, CAM, DMA)
