The role: SEN Teaching Assistant - SEMH & Behaviour Focus
As a Behaviour-Focused SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour
Deliver targeted interventions to help students manage their emotions, build resilience, and improve social skills
Implement tailored strategies to enable students to engage positively with learning
Work closely with the SENCO, pastoral staff, and teaching team to deliver consistent support
Act as a trusted adult, building positive relationships that foster progress both in and out of the classroom
