Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Website Administrator to manage and maintain our online presence. Duties
* Oversee the daily operations of the website, ensuring content is up-to-date and accurate.
* Perform regular website maintenance, including troubleshooting issues and implementing updates.
* Manage data entry tasks, ensuring information is correctly inputted into the system.
* Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
* Assist with administrative duties such as filing, typing, and clerical tasks to support the overall office function.
* Maintain effective phone etiquette while responding to inquiries related to the website.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance website functionality and user experience.
Experience
* Proven office experience with a focus on administrative tasks.
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Experience in clerical roles that involve data entry and typing is preferred.
