Our client based in Wallingford is currently recruiting for a site administration to assist them on a property development site. You will spend 3 days in Wallingford and 2 days in Maidenhead so must be able to commute between these sites. Hours will be 7.30am-4pm or 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. Plenty of parking available on-site. Key duties will include: Risk Assessment reviews tracking and filing. Email all contractors weekly. Update tracker weekly, once contractors have completed H&S paperwork. Liaise with team as required, update the Demo and Handover Snagging tracker and issue Update rota weekly (Holidays, Inductions, Lates & Training) Who's Off/MyView Manage meeting diary for project team. Confirm bookings for onsite meeting rooms and maintain. The meeting room can be quite busy and does require a lot of diary management, so experience is key. Order Sainsbury's milk and fruit delivery. Stock check of supplies, stationery, printer supplies, consumables, cleaning products, first aid kit etc. Order accordingly Update hire sheet and send to accounts. Complete all signing in cards and file inductions Raise payments for Sub-Contractors weekly MONTHLY Monthly collection of sustainability data from site utility meters and upload data Upload all fuel receipts Update Sustainability board with latest data Update Timber Tracker Monthly Contractor Performance Board. Upload data to SharePoint Update of Workforce Analysis/apprentices on site. Raise headcount reports. Assist in preparation of monthly report. OTHER Deal with any IT issues within the compound Produce/Laminate signs and posters as required for site team. Liaise with welfare cleaner to maintain clean and tidy offices. Process PPE requests Greet any visitors and deal with deliveries that come to the Project Office Produce any letters to be sent out to residents/neighbours of any works that may cause disruption Maintain diary of all training for site team and put onto central diary Support Site Admin Manager, Construction Director with ad hoc duties with flexibility Collate all evidence and attend with the PM on Considerate Constructors Scheme assessments.
