Operational Quality Engineer - Wolverhampton
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Operational Quality Engineer to join a highly regulated engineering organisation. This is a key position within the Quality Function, responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing and operational processes are carried out in full compliance with contractual specifications, quality standards, and internal business processes.
Reporting to the Operational Quality Manager or Head of Quality, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities, supporting manufacturing, inspection, despatch, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a critical role in supporting the organisation’s vision of delivering an industry class-leading QA and QC capability, with a strong focus on quality, productivity, and EHS standards.
Shifts: Monday to Friday, standard working hours
Salary:£38,000 - £42,000, dependent on experience
