£777–978.67 per week | Expert training provided | Live-in role with paid breaks

About The Role
You’ll live with a customer and support everyday tasks and personal needs, enabling them to enjoy an independent and dignified life.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver care that’s tailored to the customer and encourages their independence
* Assist with washing, dressing, continence care and mobility
* Support with medication and preparing meals
* Take care of household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, shopping and errands
* Work independently, with support from our team for advice and guidance
* Support customers to stay connected to their community through social activities, hobbies and visits from loved ones
* Offer comfort and care through illness, hospital visits or end‑of‑life care

What We're Looking For
* A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
* Aged 18+
* Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
* Right to work in the UK (no sponsored staff or visa transfers)
* Previous experience is beneficial but not essential – full training is provided
