We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our client's busy team in Wellingborough. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that every query is handled with care and efficiency. Your Responsibilities: First Point of Contact: Answer incoming calls from customers, providing support in line with agreed KPIs. Query Resolution: Investigate queries, respond within set SLAs, and escalate complaints when necessary.
