Job Description
Do you have the patience, empathy, and dedication to support children with Additional Learning Needs in reaching their full potential?
We are currently seeking committed and compassionate Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Teaching Assistants to join our supply team and work in schools across the Oswestry area. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the educational journey of children who require additional support.
Working on a flexible supply basis, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of school settings while supporting pupils with a range of learning, behavioural, social, and emotional needs. You may be working on a one-to-one basis, supporting small groups, or assisting within the wider classroom environment.
The successful candidate will be nurturing, adaptable, and confident in building positive relationships with both pupils and staff. Previous experience supporting children with Additional Learning Needs, Special Educational Needs (SEN), or in a care or support role would be beneficial, although not essential.
In return, we offer competitive rates of pay, flexible working opportunities, and ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant who will work closely with you to find placements that suit your experience, skills, and availability.
If you are looking for a fulfilling role where you can make a genuine difference and are interested in ALN Teaching Assistant opportunities across the Oswestry area from September, we would love to hear from you.
