Role Overview
The New Test will play a crucial role within our Facilities Management team, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the coordination and management of day‑to‑day facilities operations to maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment.
* Support the implementation of maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and external contractors to resolve facilities issues promptly.
* Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Facilities Management department.
* Maintain accurate records and reports related to facilities activities and maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills
* Previous experience in Facilities Management or a related field is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
