Your new role
We haveguaranteed supply teaching work available for flexible and dedicated primaryschool teachers from Term 1. As a Hays Education Guarantee teacher, we willensure you supply work in various schools across Bristol on the pre-arrangeddays you are available, covering classes from EYFS to Year 6 according to yourexperience. Work may also include PPA cover, intervention and booster-basedwork. Work available will mainly include daily and short-term coverassignments, as well as longer-term positions should you be interested. We canguarantee work on a full or part-time basis, depending on your availability.
Duringyour working day you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effectivelessons that meet the needs of all pupils and the school's expectations, andmay be required to plan and assess work depending on the role.
Youwill also be expected to follow the school's policies and safeguardingprocedures, and maintain a positive and respectful attitude at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
To beeligible for a guarantee for primary supply teaching work you must have:
* A recognised teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
* A valid DBS check (or be willing to apply for one)
* A minimum of 6 months of UK teaching experience in the last 2years
* A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching
* A strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessmentframeworks
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Reliability, dedication and professionalism at all times
