Adapro Talent Partners are delighted to be exclusively partnering a Milton Keynes based multi-site organisation with their recruitment of a Finance Systems Analyst, on a permanent basis.
The Finance Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Finance Systems Project Analyst whilst being part of the FP&A team. The role will be responsible for all aspects of system administrator duties including system security and creation/maintenance of reporting. By being a subject matter expert in all Finance Systems, the role with provide system training for end users and advise on best practice. The role will further extend into providing support on projects within the Finance System Transformation programme.
Key duties will include:
1. Administration and maintenance of all Finance Software (Xmpro, SUN Cloud, Info Q&A, Proactis)
2. Perform weekly/monthly closure on Xmpro. Maintain and manage request for change to master data (new units/mapping of brands)
3. Assist the Finance Systems Team with Sun master data updates, including Chart of Accounts, Analysis Codes. Support Sun users with error message resolution. Perform month end system checks (held journals, TB, P&L discrepancies)
