Responsibilities
* Your responsibilities will include providing administrative support, assisting with project planning and coordination, and ensuring that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date for specific programmes you are assigned to.
* You will be assigned to two of our larger programmes, working on an AI programme and large change management project.
* Maintain and update project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, budget workbooks, ensuring all records are accurate and accessible and using the Change Delivery Framework templates.
* Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks by maintaining risk logs and tracking mitigation actions.
* Contribute to the implementation of a new Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool for the firm, helping the programme managers and project managers input their data into the tool.
Skills Required
* PMO experience and delivering support to programme teams, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
* Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
* Experience in PMO governance processes and following structured project delivery processes.
* Knowledge of PMO and project methodologies.
* Knowledge of MS365 tools, including MS Project and MS Planner.
* Exposure to change management or AI projects
This role offers hybrid working - 2 days WFH weekly. This is a 14 month FTC role.
