You will be required to provide day-to-day support to care workers and service users assisting with the assessment, ensuring each new client receives and understands their care plan, regularly reviewing and updating care plans to reflect changing care needs, arranging home visits to understand care needs of prospective service users, conducting regular spot checks and audits of care services, ensuring the business is complaint and managing data sensitivity, set up and review of health and social care packages, and assisting the management team with the daily running of the branch.

Duties include:
* Administration – ensuring each new client receives & understands their care plan
Reviewing – regularly reviewing & updating care plans to reflect changing care needs
* Scheduling – arranging initial home visits to understand care needs of prospective clients
* Compliance – ensuring the business is compliant & managing data sensitively
* Customer Service – always providing great customer service
* Providing telephone support to clients and care staff and where necessary, to work as a "hands on" and back -up carer when necessary.
* To assist the Manager in auditing the standard of service delivery to clients.
* Attending review meetings with client / family / local authority / health personnel as require
* Any other administrative procedures required by the Line Manager
* Work shift patterns / unsocial hours as per the needs of the packages
* Demonstrate the ability to manage the caseload effectively, dealing with unexpected issues e.g. sickness.
* Maintain accurate records such as service users authorized hours, number of visits, communication with health professionals as well as office communication.
Qualifications:
You must possess or be willing to work towards CQF Level 2 and or 3 or equivalent. This role will involve an element of on-call duties.
