We are currently recruiting for a highly regarded Financial Planning practice in Gerrards Cross who are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities
The IFA Administrator is responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of business and delivering a first-class service to clients.
Understanding and adding value to clients' needs, with a focus on constant improvement and innovation.
Onboarding- providing full administrative support for onboarding new clients.
Data management- maintaining and updating client data securely.
Reviews- preparing client reviews, updating cash flow models, investment performance reviews, and producing reports and discussion documents.
Relationship Building- liaising with clients via telephone, letter, email.
Proposition delivery- delivering service propositions within agreed levels and timescales.
Coordination- working with staff to prepare application and provider forms and keep clients updated.
Partners- collaborating with solicitors and accountants to implement plans.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as an IFA Administrator working with high net worth UK resident private clients, delivering financial planning and investment management services.
