The partnership provides homes and support for children and young people in Somerset who have faced significant trauma and challenges. We are committed to creating a new kind of home and care environment that offers flexibility and comprehensive support from a diverse team of professionals.This new home is part of a broader service development that includes additional children’s homes, high needs foster carers, CAMHS (Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services) and therapeutic education.
