What Youll Be Doing Assembling high-quality products including sash windows, casement windows, and aluminium doors. Preparing, machining, welding, reinforcing, and glazing profiles for assembly. Installing ancillaries such as hardware and astragal bars. Using basic maths skills for accurate measurements and dimensions. Maintaining excellent quality standards, identifying and escalating any defects. Supporting a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Helping to onboard and train new starters in line with our standards. What Were Looking For Great attention to detail and ability to follow clear processes. A self-motivated, can-do attitude with strong teamwork skills. Previous experience with PVCu or Aluminium is an advantage but not essential. A commitment to producing work to high standards while meeting targets. Reliability, good timekeeping, and a strong focus on health & safety.
