Job Title: Administrator / Senior Administrator
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary: £12.21 an hour - weekly pay
Contract Type: 12 weeks contract
Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday - 37.5hrs a week
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator / Senior Administrator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing exceptional administrative support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and supporting colleagues across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management.
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records.
Handle incoming queries via phone and email, ensuring timely responses.
Assist with data entry, database management, and filing systems.
Support internal projects and contribute to process improvements.
For senior-level responsibilities:
Oversee junior administrators and provide guidance where required.
Act as a point of escalation for complex queries.
Take ownership of key administrative processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach and ability to work independently.
