Key responsibility of the role includes: Be responsible for and manage a diverse range of cases, including major developments, contributing to the delivery of key projects that support economic growth, regeneration and housing delivery. Provide planning advice to internal and external stakeholders, developers, members and residents. Represent the Planning Service at committee and appeals as required. Strive to provide excellent customer service, providing honest, professional and reliable advice to a range of stakeholders and customers.
