Job Description We are looking for talented individuals to join the Southern team working primarily in the South, West post codes as a Field Service Engineer as a mobile engineer. The ideal candidate would live in or around these postcodes (but not limited too) to meetagreed service levels. As a Canon Field Service Engineer, you'll be the trusted expert delivering our high standards directly to customers -installing, maintaining, and repairing Canon multifunctional office printers and finishing products to the highest standards. You’ll work independentlyin the field while being supported by a collaborative and inclusive team. Responsibilities Deliver high quality service with a focus on the first- time fixes Provide technical support and training to customers Manage and optimise car stock inventory Build strong customer relationships though effective communication and a professional approach Advise customers on chargeable work and obtain necessary authorisation Accurately record service activities in line with company guidelines Be empowered to grow your skills and shape your career Collaborate with supportive service teams that values your input Qualifications You’re a creative problem-solver who sees the world through a customer’s eyes.
