We’re looking for a Facilities & HSE Coordinator to join our team at Willis Aviation Services Limited (WASL) in Teesside.
In this varied, hands-on role, you’ll help maintain a safe and efficient operation, supporting facilities management, health & safety and compliance activities across our site.
🧭 What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the facility, ensuring it’s safe, functional, and well-maintained
* Manage external contractors and coordinate maintenance or repair work
* Support our HSE Advisor and lead on Health & Safety initiatives when required
* Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and emergency response drills
* Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement
🧩 What We’re Looking For
* Qualification or solid background in Health & Safety, Fire Safety, or a related field
* Strong understanding of UK Health & Safety legislation and best practices
* Great attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
* Physically fit and ready for a role that combines practical and admin tasks
✨ It’s a Bonus If You Have:
* Experience in facilities management or contractor coordination
* Previous experience in aviation or engineering environments
* Knowledge of aviation safety management systems
🕓 Hours: 8am – 4:30pm
