Job Title: Scheduler / Co-Ordinator
Location: Wokingham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00 (Office-Based)

Overview:
We’re working with a reputable and well-established company in the building services sector who are looking to bring an experienced Scheduler / Co-Ordinator into their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-led environment and enjoys working collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Coordinate and support engineers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

*

Answer and manage incoming calls and emails professionally

*

Keep customers updated with timely job progress reports

*

Ensure all internal systems are accurately maintained

*

Schedule and monitor daily tasks for field-based engineers

*

Book client appointments and manage ongoing work schedules

*

Assist with administrative support including parts ordering and job tracking

*

Raise purchase orders and process invoices

*

Support the helpdesk team with wider coordination duties

*

Track and manage KPIs to ensure service level agreements are met

Ideal Candidate:

*

Previous experience in a similar scheduling or coordination role

*

Background in Facilities Management or engineering services is beneficial

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

Able to prioritise and multi-task in a busy office environment

*

Comfortable with using scheduling software and office systems

*

A positive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail
