This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with HR Business Partners and senior leaders, supporting the delivery of our HR strategy while ensuring colleagues across Agincare receive expert guidance, care, and support.
This role can be based from our offices in Portland, Bristol or Grantham
The role
As an HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering a comprehensive HR service across multiple business areas. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing expert advice and support on employee relations, performance, and workplace matters
* Supporting team development and promoting a positive working environment
* Attending employee relations meetings, guiding managers on process and ensuring accurate documentation
* Managing HR systems and maintaining accurate, confidential employee records in line with GDPR and CQC standards
* Overseeing shared HR inboxes, responding efficiently and escalating where required
