We're looking to recruit an experienced and proactive Neighbourhood Officer in Liverpool to support our social housing client on an ongoing, temporary contract until at least June 2026. This is a hybrid role and an excellent opportunity for someone who's got proven experience in tenancy management,munity engagement and delivering high-quality neighbourhood services.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage your own patch of properties within a designated area
2. Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants,munity groups and stakeholders
3. Respond to tenancy issues, including ASB investigations, safeguarding concerns, tenancy breaches and low level arrears
4. Carry out estate inspections to ensure neighbourhoods remain clean, safe and well maintained
5. Conduct tenancy management duties such as sign-ups, exchanges, audits, wee visits and reviews
6. Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to deliver a customer-focused service
What you'll need to succeed
7. Previous experience in a housing/tenancy management role, with a good understanding of housing legislation and tenancy management processes
8. Experience of managing low level ASB and arrears
9. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills
10. Driving licence with business insurance and access to own vehicle
