We are currently offering a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Shift Supervisor at All Bar One, Edinburgh Airport. The Shift Supervisor role is vital in the overall success of the front of house team. We are looking for a Shift Supervisor who will be as passionate about delivering a great guest experience as we are, as well as leading a team by working on the front line with a hands on approach. THE ROLE : Leading a team of 40 during busy services to deliver exceptional Standards Achieving sales and Guest Review targets Training and development of the team Cocktail & Coffee making Stock control Maintaining high standards of cleanliness Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times WHAT WE LOOK FOR: At least 1 years' experience in a customer service management role. Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Great team-player. Enjoys and wants to be an active member of a team. To work calmly and effectively under pressure. Engage with the wider front of house team. Great eye for detail. Ability to confidently lead the team. As we are in the Airport, Opening hours are 4am - 10pm. Shift patters are 3:30am-12pm & 12pm-10pm so please check travel arrangement prior to applying. Due to Airport Security reasons, a Full 5 year background check will be carried out and a Clean Criminal Record is essential.
