This programme provides hands-on experience with industry-leading teams, empowering you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel and thrive in your project management career.
You’ll play a key role within the team, engaging in a diverse range of projects that will help you build valuable experience from day one.
As a Graduate in our Aviation Team, you’ll have the opportunity to support a variety of projects at some of the UK’s busiest airports, contributing to infrastructure, security, and retail developments that improve the travel experience for passengers and crew.
You’ll work alongside expert multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with airport operations to help deliver projects smoothly, ensuring minimal disruption to airlines, flights, and travellers.
By applying your skills in project management you’ll contribute to cost-effective, energy-efficient solutions, from small compliance works to complex airside building schemes, helping us deliver projects on time, on budget, and with full transparency.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
* Overseeing design progress and applying project management processes, maintain project registers and documentation, preparing reports, assisting in resolving design issues, and supporting quality assurance and commercial activities.
* Contributing to the planning and development of projects

Apply now and engineer a better tomorrow!
Our commitment is to develop, train, and retain our graduates for the long term. Therefore, BakerHicks are unable to consider applications from candidates who are working under the Graduate visa route or other time-limited visas, regardless of their duration, due to their temporary status and the future sponsorship requirements under the Skilled Worker route, set out by the UKVI.
This decision follows recent changes to the Skilled Worker visa regulations introduced by the UK Government in July 2025.
However, we welcome applications from candidates who are eligible under alternative UK immigration routes that do not require Skilled Worker sponsorship now or at any point in the future.
Additionally, many of the positions within our company are subject to security clearance. This means that your eligibility for certain roles may be affected by various factors. The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain security clearance for this role as required by our clients and sectors.
