Description
* Lead the development and implementation of procurement strategies to support organisational objectives.
* Manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality service delivery and value for money.
* Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring compliance with relevant public sector regulations.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify procurement needs and offer tailored solutions.
* Track and report on key performance indicators related to procurement activities.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and process efficiencies within the supply chain.
* Provide advice and guidance on procurement best practices to key stakeholders.

Profile
A successful Procurement Lead should have:
* Proven experience in procurement within the public sector
* A strong understanding of public sector procurement regulations and compliance requirements.(PCR 2015 and PA23).
* Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A relevant professional qualification or equivalent experience in procurement or supply chain management.
* Proficiency in using procurement software tools.
