Salary: £150–£220 per day (dependent on experience)

A welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Primary Teacher to join their team. This Primary Teacher role is ideal for a passionate educator who is dedicated to delivering high-quality teaching and inspiring young learners.
The successful Primary Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring all pupils are supported to achieve their full potential. This Primary Teacher position would suit both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to develop within a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher:
* Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons.
* Assessing, monitoring and tracking pupil progress.
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
* Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
The Ideal Primary Teacher Will:
* Hold QTS and have recent primary teaching experience.
* Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Be passionate about raising attainment and standards.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
* Have a fully checkable work history.
This Primary Teacher role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection. All successful applicants must satisfy safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
