Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a professional local authority based in Newcastle. They are looking for a Housing Management Lawyer to join their growing team. Role: Housing Management Lawyer
Rate: £50 - £60 an hour Umbrella
Location: Newcastle (Hybrid role)
Contract Length: 3 months on going
Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal advice to housing associations, landlords, property management companies, and local authorities on a range of housing management issues.
2. Draft and review legal documents, including tenancy agreements, notices, court forms, and other housing-related documents.
3. Handle your own House Management Caseload from start to completion.
About you:
4. A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 3 Years PQE in Housing law.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
6. Good understanding of housing legislation, tenancy law, and property management.
