Your Responsibilities as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant
* Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil within a primary classroom
* Supporting learning, behaviour, and emotional development
* Adapting activities to meet individual needs
* Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider staff
* Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable, especially 1:1)
* Experience supporting pupils with SEN/SEND is advantageous.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Patience, empathy, and resilience
* A genuine commitment to supporting children's development and wellbeing
