Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 2-4 Years PQE gained with another reputable law firm.
You will be confident and capable of managing a commercial property caseload from start to finish with minimal supervision.
Your caseload will include:
1. Acting for landlord and tenant
2. Buyer and seller transactions
3. Commercial leases
4. Sales and purchases
5. Acquisitions and disposals
6. Development
7. Investment work
8. Licences for alterations
9. Wayleaves
You will have outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and work well within a team environment.
