Responsibilities
* Design and deliver three annual cohorts and quarterly activations for Publicis’ top global leaders, ensuring a world-class participant experience.
* Define and model best practices across the full Global L&D suite (Le Train, Le Studio, Le Grand, Le LAB, Encore), driving consistency in design, facilitation, and storytelling.
* Partner with Program Leads to elevate content quality, narrative flow, and facilitation craft; mentor team members to build capability and confidence.
* Support the development of internal facilitators and external contributors; curate and brief speakers for high-impact sessions.
* Gather insights and feedback to refine and evolve programs year after year.
* Explore new formats, tools, and approaches, integrating creativity, technology, and AI into learning experiences.

* Proven experience in learning design, facilitation, and program leadership at Director level or equivalent.
* Ability to shape the big picture while crafting detailed, elegant learning flows.
* Skilled at connecting dots across programs, people, and priorities in a global matrix.
* Comfortable building trust and driving collaboration across a complex, matrixed organization.
* Confidence and credibility when engaging senior audiences.
* Ability to design scalable systems that enable creativity and innovation.
* Familiarity with emerging tools and AI; enthusiasm for integrating technology into learning.
* Deep care for the participant experience — prioritizing how it feels, not just how it looks.
* Experience coaching or mentoring others to build capability in content creation and facilitation.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and able to move proactively in a fast-paced, global context.
