Facilities Operative Needed

Our client in the Macclesfield area is looking for a facilities operative to join their busy team. You will play a key role in supporting the daily operations, ensuring the facilities run smoothly and efficiently. You'll be the friendly face who helps customers, builds strong connections and maintain their outstanding reputation
· Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
· Pay: £13.36 per hour paid weekly
Day to day duties
· Assist employees, clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
· Keep meeting rooms, kitchens, mail rooms and lobbies clean and tidy
· Responding promptly to service requests and maintenance needs
· Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the facility
· Follow heath and safety procedures
What they are looking for
· Previous experience in a similar client facing role is beneficial but not mandatory
· Excellent communication skills are a must
· A positive proactive attitude
· Reliable
· Organised and strong attention to detail
