About the Role
Lead the marketing strategy for a growing professional services organisation in the South West.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to shape and deliver marketing initiatives that raise the organisation's profile, engage clients, and drive new business. This is a senior, hands-on role where you'll lead a small marketing team and work across multiple offices to deliver campaigns, PR, events, and communications that support strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and deliver the organisation's marketing strategy and campaigns
Plan and execute targeted direct marketing and PR initiatives
Oversee events and client engagement activities, including seminars, shows, and networking events
Build and maintain professional relationships to strengthen the organisation's profile
Manage marketing communications, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content
Work with teams to identify target clients and opportunities for growth
Support lead generation and new business initiatives
Line-manage marketing team members, including workload, communication, and appraisals
Monitor and evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns to ensure value and continuous improvement
Support local marketing activities across multiple offices as required
Requirements
Proven experience in a marketing leadership role
Experience delivering campaigns, PR, and events
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to lead projects from concept through to delivery
Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Collaborative, visible, and confident working across multiple teams and locations
Flexible and able to travel across South West offices and attend events when needed
Preference for some experience in professional services or a similar industry background
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
CIM qualification or relevant degree in marketing or related field
Experience in client-facing or B2B marketing campaigns
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics
