Job Description Vacancy: PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings Location: Twickenham, TW1 Salary: OTE £33K Position: Permanent – Full Time This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, organised, proactive, forward thinking and energetic Property Manager to join a lively company with offices in the Twickenham area. The ideal candidate for this job will ultimately be part of a strong team that are responsible for managing a large portfolio of properties across the local area, so experience in all aspects of the property management including generating safety certificates and serving of S21 and S8 Notices is essential. You will be negotiating renewals, tenancy deposits, and liaising with all relevant parties throughout the process including tenants, landlords and contractors, so the ability to be persuasive but friendly is essential. Our client would like a candidate with previous industry experience who lives locally and who is ready to step straight into the role.
