What’s the job all about?
* Lead the department or line team to become motivated and engaged through job rotation, performance and probation reviews, staff training, coaching, delegation, and regular communication of team performance.
* Support the Line Manager by taking personal responsibility and accountability, and cover for the Line Manager when unavailable.
* Champion health & safety and embody the Samworth Brothers’ purpose and values.
