Residential Conveyancer – Derby – Full-time, Permanent
Are you an experienced Conveyancer who thrives on managing transactions from start to finish? Do you enjoy building lasting client relationships and being part of a supportive, well-established firm?
We're looking for a confident and skilled Conveyancer to join our expanding property team. You'll handle a varied caseload of residential matters and benefit from strong admin support, a collaborative culture, and long-standing client connections.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing your own caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
* Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation
* Providing clear, practical legal advice to clients throughout the process
* Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, lenders, and third parties
* Conducting property searches and ensuring full regulatory compliance
* Keeping case management systems and records up to date
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to team success
What We're Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive
* Proven experience in residential conveyancing
* Confident managing a caseload independently from instruction to completion
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Committed to professionalism, confidentiality, and high service standards
