Harte Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious property firm known for excellence in residential and commercial sales. They are seeking a driven, proactive, and organized Branch Coordinator to join their Leeds branch and contribute to its ongoing success.
This role is ideal for someone with a property background looking to move into a more central, office-based role. Knowledge of the property market is advantageous but not essential. The role is admin-focused, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
The Package:
* £28,000 per annum with a discretionary bonus scheme (potentially higher for the right candidate)
* Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
* 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), with flexibility for additional leave, plus extra days over Christmas
* Free Parking in Leeds
The Branch Coordinator Role:
* Serve as the central point of contact in the office, ensuring smooth operations across sales and lettings
* Draft tenancy agreements, property particulars, and brochures
* Handle incoming calls, relay messages, and ensure timely follow-ups
* Assist with coordinating viewings and related administrative duties
* Help schedule appointments and manage calendars for Branch and Lettings Managers
* Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
* Maintain office supplies and ensure a professional environment
* Assist with tenant referencing, renewals, and lease management
* Perform other office management and administrative duties as required
The Person:
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask
* Calm, professional, and approachable under pressure
* Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, and team members
* Experience in sales, lettings, or property management is a plus
* Knowledge of the property market is beneficial but not essential
