The Role: As the Building Surveyor – Fire, you will lead on the delivery of FRA remedial works, overseeing contractors, managing programmes and ensuring all works are completed in line with certification schemes such as FIRAS and Certifire. You will provide expert technical advice, undertake inspections, manage contracts under JCT frameworks and work collaboratively with internal teams, consultants and residents to ensure buildings remain safe, compliant and well‑maintained.
