About the Role
You’ll be working in a supportive and experienced team of allocators and customer service agents, acting as the first point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Your focus will be on ensuring service excellence, efficient allocation support, and helping to drive operational outcomes.
Key responsibilities include
* Responding to internal and external customer enquiries, escalating as required
* Delivering timely, professional, and solutions-focused customer service
* Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and cargo terminal activity
* Analysing data and reports to support fleet efficiency and planning
* Maintaining strong working relationships via phone, email, and in-person contact
* Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
* Identifying areas for improvement and contributing to a positive team culture
What You’ll Bring
* Minimum 1 year in a customer service or administrative support role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Intermediate computer literacy – especially with Microsoft Office
* Previous experience in transport, logistics or airfreight (advantageous)
* A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
* Flexibility to work varying shifts (early starts or later finishes)
* Ability to pass a Federal Police Check
* A team-first attitude and passion for continuous improvement
