Overview
ARC is recruiting for an experienced Plumber with a Domestic Gas Ticket for a 5-month HMO project based in Cambridge. The role will involve carrying out all aspects of plumbing and gas work on a large HMO refurbishment, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
Responsibilities
* Carry out all aspects of plumbing and gas work on a large HMO refurbishment, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
Requirements
* Valid Domestic Gas Ticket (ACS qualifications)
* Previous experience working on HMO or similar residential projects
* Proven background in plumbing installation and gas works
* Valid CSCS/JIB Card (preferred but not essential)
* Full PPE and tools
Benefits
* £26 - £29 per hour
* 7.30am - 4.30pm
* Long-term contract - 5 months duration
* Weekly pay
