A1 Clutches are seeking a highly motivated individual to provide administrative support to our Tipton branch head office. The role is ideally suited to someone who is starting their professional career.
This is for someone who enjoys learning, being keenly organised, and helping others perform at their best. The office is a great environment where we work in a relaxed but focussed way.
Working with the Office Management team, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the office through general office administration and data entry.
Tasks include:
* Answer telephone calls, helping where possible and transferring calls internally
* Create and update records, keep the digital filing in order
* Assist with customer bookings
* Maintain the office

You will be working in an office environment and so good communication skills are key as you will collaborate frequently with many members of staff.
Working hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17:30
Saturday 08:30 - 15:30

Pay: £7.55-£12.51 per hour
