We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-driven PR & Marketing Executive to join a global OEM at their European Head Office in Worcester. This role plays a key part in maintaining and enhancing its reputation through powerful storytelling, digital engagement, and proactive public relations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of PR strategies to elevate the company’s external and internal profile across Europe
*
Organise and manage press events, media briefings, and interviews
*
Manage relationships with external PR agencies to deliver high-quality brand and product content
*
Oversee and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok)
*
Create compelling written and visual content including blogs, case studies, technical articles, infographics, and videos
*
Liaise with product and technical teams to ensure all communications are accurate and approved
*
Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms and marketing campaigns
*
Manage the advertising budget and ensure alignment with wider PR goals
*
Develop customer success stories and sales support materials
*
Conduct regular competitor analysis and media monitoring
*
Provide support for exhibitions and industry events
*
Coordinate PR and comms requests across multiple European teams
Ideal Candidate

Requirements
Essential
*
Minimum 2 years’ experience in public relations, marketing communications, or a related role
*
Experience working with or marketing technical products
*
Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
*
Proven copywriting, proof-reading, and editing experience
*
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
*
Degree educated (Marketing, Communications, English or similar preferred)
*
Minimum Grade A (or equivalent) in English and Maths at GCSE level
Desirable
*
Experience in media relations or working with PR agencies
*
Video storyboarding or content development experience
*
Creative approach to messaging and campaign planning
*
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools
*
Strong time management and ability to meet multiple deadlines
*
A second European language (e.g., German, French, Italian)
