A busy office where you will be registering applicants, booking and carrying out viewings and tying up offers. They are looking for a Lettings negotiator ideally with experience within the property industry.
As a Lettings Negotiator you will be responsible for:
* Arranging and carrying property viewings
* Negotiating lets
* Listening to potential tenants requirements and selling the best suited property
* Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have
As a Lettings Negotiator you will have the following skill set:
* Recent experience working as a Lettings Negotiator
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Full UK driving license and Car
