As part of the expanding Group Finance function, this role offers an excellent opportunity to step into a commercial and compliance focused position within a complex, multi-entity organisation. Reporting to the Group FC, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting that supports strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation of consolidated monthly management accounts and annual statutory financial statements
* Management of intercompany reconciliations across all group entities
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies
* Partner with finance teams across business units to review performance and identify improvement opportunities
* Coordinate the external audit process and liaise with auditors
* Drive improvements in group reporting, financial controls, and system efficiencies
* Contribute to a range of ad hoc finance projects, including acquisitions and system upgrades
What You Need to Succeed:
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
* Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience
* Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical skills
* Advanced Excel proficiency and attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* A proactive and collaborative mindset
