As a Customer Service Assistant, you will process administration requests and queries from mortgage advisers via the Sourcing platform, online chat, email, and phone. The role requires initiative, enthusiasm for customer service, and the ability to work fast in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
* Embed company values in all tasks.
* Provide customer service via telephone, online chat, and email.
* Process KFI requests as they are received.
* Build knowledge of the Equity Release market.
* Become a competent user of the Air Sourcing system.
* Process Air Mortgage Club registrations.
Qualifications
* Previous administration and customer service experience required; full market training provided.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident liaising with all levels.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work well in a busy environment.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks from various sources simultaneously.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
