Job Specification
* Day-to-day management of the properties, organising contractors and maintenance throughout the tenancy
* Arranging for gas safety certificates, EICRs, HMOs and all other legal certifications
* Overseeing the tenancy changeover period and the associated works
* Assisting with the lettings process from start to finish – advertising properties, managing enquiries, viewings, etc
* Preparing and sending tenancy documents for future tenants, managing deposit payments and registration

Requirements…
* Prior experience working in the property sector is desirable
* Full driving licence and access to own car
* Resident in Manchester with the right to work in the UK
Starting in November 2025 with a temporary contract, with the expectation to become a permanent role at the end of 6 months.
Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, flexibility around core hours worked. Rostered Saturday cover with time in lieu.
Occasional Sunday and evening hours during the busy periods (esp. November/early December and the changeover of tenancies in summer). Time in lieu.
